Community Care

Komuniti Tukang Jahit is an accredited Social Enterprise that empowers B40 women of Malaysia with the working opportunity to earn their own income through sewing of fashion items and corporate gifts.

Ever wondered why KTJ decided to launch Royale Culture?

Well, the answer is a really simple yet meaningful one. We needed to create a platform for clients and customers to see the beautiful work that our tailors are able to make! This is so that we can create a sustainable income-channel for our dear tailors and at the same time, present to you a range of products that can suit your needs! Be it for gifting, something special for yourself or even for a corporate event. Let us be part of it!

"To create impact in peoples lives, is to uplift the community. Now the question is, how do we keep it sustainable?"

We upskill our tailors through specially curated in-house training. Giving them the necessary skill-sets to sew and create beautifully handcrafted products. Keeping sure that every piece is of good quality finishing and standards.

Flexible Learning

Our tailors works from home, and this gives them the flexibility of time. Being a full-time mother and wife tends to come with restrictions of time. Hence, allowing them to take home work, and manage their own work-hours gives them something that most workplaces could not.

Train the Trainer

Apart from focusing on the fulfillment of earning - we believe that these strong women deserve to be at a place and platform that not only empowers them but also improves their well-being and life. With the opportunity to lead their own team; we encourage tailors to take up roles - and teach other tailors on certain sewing skills. They are then paid as a trainer and given more responsibilities.
